IFBB Pro Bodybuilder.

Guy "Quadro" Cisternino is an IFBB pro bodybuilder from Branchburg, NJ. n 2003, Cisternino was convinced to compete in his first bodybuilding event in West Virginia, where he won his division but, lost the overall to current IFBB pro Fred Smalls. Afterward he fell in love with the sport, the training, the commitment and dedication needed to succeed in a sport not many people could do.

His break out year was 2007 where he won his class at Metropolitans in New York and two weeks later at the Jr. Nationals. Then at the 2008 Nationals he won his pro card with a perfect score. In 2011, he won his first show, Europa Dallas.

His highlights include 1st place finishes in the following competitions: 2007 IFBB New York Metro Championships, 2007 NPC Junior USA, 2008 NPC Nationals, 2011 IFBB Europa Supershow, 2014 IFBB Europa Dallas, 2014 IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and 2015 IFBB New York Pro.
